Sarah From is a leadership advisor, coach, and organizational change consultant who partners with social impact leaders and teams navigating complexity, growth, and transition. Her work focuses on helping organizations strengthen leadership, improve relationships, and align their structures and strategies with the values that drive their mission.

Sarah works with movement organizations, nonprofits, universities, labor unions, membership organizations, and faith communities. She is known for facilitating thoughtful, honest conversations that help groups surface hard questions, shift stuck dynamics, and move forward with greater clarity and trust.

Sarah is Director of Operations and a Principal Consultant with Imagine Us, a consulting collective that supports leaders and organizations working toward a more just and equitable world. She is also a coach with Rockwood Leadership Institute and previously facilitated the graduate-level Laboratory in Group Process, Facilitation, and Intervention at The New School University.

Sarah is the creator of Sh*t Facilitators Say, a long-running humor project that celebrates the strange, sacred, and occasionally absurd craft of facilitation. What began as a Twitter account grew into a community of tens of thousands of facilitators and now lives on Instagram and BlueSky.

She holds an M.S. in Organizational Change Management from The New School and a B.A. in Sociology from Vassar College. Sarah lives with her family in the Hudson Valley of New York.
