How it Works

During the coaching engagement, I help you develop new frameworks and practices that can be applied immediately to address everyday challenges.  We look at your mindsets, behaviors, and systems.

Coaching sessions are 50 minutes long and occur over Skype, phone, or in-person.   Pre-work, customized worksheets, and session notes are included in a typical coaching engagement.
